Book It - Refunds & Returns

At Book It, we curate and deliver one book per month as part of a subscription service. Because of the nature of our products and fulfilment process, the following policy applies.

Subscription Payments

All subscription payments are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorise Book It to charge the monthly subscription fee to your chosen payment method.

Subscription fees are non-refundable once a monthly order has been processed.

Book Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for books once they have been delivered, unless:

the book arrives damaged, or the incorrect book was sent.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bookitreaders@gmail.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account before the monthly cut-off date.
Cancellations made after the monthly cut-off will apply to the following billing cycle.

Once a monthly selection has been locked in and processed, that month’s order cannot be refunded or cancelled.

Failed Deliveries

Book It is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. Please ensure all shipping information is accurate and up to date.
